Shaykh Makki Al-Hijazi was born in 1935. His father, Shaykh Mohammad Khair Makki was a great scholar of Islam, and taught Quran & Sunnah for a period of 40 years in Masjid Al-Haram, Makkah. Shaykh Mohammad Makki Al-Hijazi was grown up in Makkah Mukarramah. After successfully completing his formal education on Quran & Sunnah, Allah blessed him to teach Tafsir ibn Kathir, Tafsir e Jalalain & Sunan Thirmidi in Masjid Al-Haram Makkah.

Since 1970, Shaykh Makki Al-Hijazi has been teaching Tafsir ibn Kathir in Urdu, and Tafsir e Jalalain & Sunan Thirmidi in Arabic in Masjid Al-Haram Makkah.

Tafsir e Makki is being written by listening the Shaykh Makki’s recorded audio by a group of scholars.

He travelled across the globe (North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe & Oceania) multiple times for the cause of Islam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Israr Ahmed 26 April 1932 – 14 April 2010; Msc, MBBS) was a prominent Pakistani Islamic theologian, philosopher, and Islamic scholar who was followed particularly in South Asia as well as by South Asian Muslims in the Middle East, Western Europe, and North America.[4]
He was the founder of the Tanzeem-e-Islami and an offshoot activist of the rightist Jamaat-e-Islami. Ahmed wrote and published 60 books on different aspects of Islam and religion, nine of which were translated into English. Prior to that, he was a television personality and daily hosted a religious show on Peace TV.
